Mindestbestellmenge

1. Bei Katalogdesigns beträgt die Mindestbestellmenge 5 Stück pro Design.
2. Bei kundenspezifischen Designs beträgt die Mindestbestellmenge 60–100 Stück.

    We begin by bringing your vision to life with a detailed hand-drawn sketch, laying the groundwork for your unique jewelry piece.

    3D Printing for Waxing Mold

    A wax model is created through 3D printing or skilled sculpting to capture every detail.

    Casting into to Brass Mold

    The wax model is then cast into a brass mold, forming the initial shape of your jewelry.

    Accurate the Brass Mold

    We refine the brass mold to ensure accuracy, preparing it for mass production.

    Waxing Injection for mass production

    Multiple wax replicas are produced from the brass mold, ready for casting in silver.

    Casting wax parts to Silver

    The wax models are cast into silver, bringing the design closer to its final form.

    Gate Cutting

    Excess material from the casting process is carefully removed to reveal the piece’s shape.

    Polishing

    Each piece undergoes polishing to achieve a smooth and shiny finish, highlighting its beauty.
